Indicator usage overview
This Excel report provides a central overview of all indicators in the database, showing at a glance where each indicator is used:
- Data
- Presentations
- Stories
- Mosaics
Data per indicator
After selecting a user group, this option creates an overview of all indicators accessible by this user group.
Indicators used in presentations
This option creates an overview of all indicators used in presentations.
Indicators used in reports
This option creates an overview of all indicators used in reports. The report also includes all the dependencies of these indicators.
Presentations used in reports
This option creates an overview of all presentations used in reports.
Presentations used in categories
This option creates an overview of all presentations used in categories.
Reports used in categories
This option creates an overview of all reports used in categories.
Dimensions used by indicators
This option creates an overview of all dimension levels with the indicators that use that specific level.
Modified data
After selecting a time range, this option creates an overview of all data changes within that time period.
Modified metadata
After selecting a time range, this option creates an overview of all metadata changes within that time period.
Mosaic
Indicators used in Mosaic
This option creates a report of all indicators used in all Mosaics. Indicators used in get-statements are not included in this report.
Viewer presentations used in Mosaic
This option creates a report of all Viewer presentations used in all Mosaics.
Conditionals used in Mosaic
This option creates a report of all conditionals used in all Mosaics.
Stories

This option creates a report of all indicators used in all Stories. Indicators used in get-statements are not included in this report.
