Check search results for accessgroup of current user

Default the user searches in all available data in Swing. If a user has no access to an indicator the result is shown without data. If the user selects the result a Login screen is shown. If you want to hide these results you can set this setting to True. This has a performance penalty because all search entries have to be validated on accessibility.
