Areas

In this table areas can be edited.

Changes can be made through the buttons, a popup menu (right mouse button) and direct modification of a field

You can use the filters to make a selection

SequenceNr

The sequence number of a geo item.

Geoitem code

Each geo item needs to have a unique code to distinct itself from other items.

Short name

A short name can be specified.

Name

For each geo item a name has to be specified.

It is not possible to use HTML code in a name.

PointX

The x value of the median of a geo item (this is used for labelplacement in maps).

PointY

The y value of the median of a geo item (this is used for labelplacement in maps).

Description

For each geo item a short description can be specified.

It is possible to add some formatting to the description by using a limited set of HTML elements. The following elements are permitted:

<strong> or <b>
<i>
<u>
<em>
<p>
<span>
<h1> t/m <h6>

Because the text of the description may contain HTML code, it must be taken into account that valid HTML code is used. Especially the < character (<) and > character (>) must be added as valid HTML code.

InfoURL

If there is additional information available on a geo item, then the administrator can record this extra information in an HTML file. The name of this file then needs to be recorded in the 'More Information' column.

ViewType

You can indicate for each area whether it can be shown, and in which way, in the user version of Swing.

The following values are possible:

Show: the area will be displayed in Swing
Hide: the area will not be displayed in Swing, but the data for this area will be taken into account for aggregation.
Show if not empty: If there is no data for an indicator for this area, the area is not displayed in Swing. (WARNING: this option does not work in reports!)
