User groups

In this table user groups can be edited.

Changes can be made through the buttons, a popup menu (right mouse button) and direct modification of a field

You can use the filters to make a selection

Sequence number

If the number is altered the effect is only first seen when the Swing Studio is re-started.

User group code

Each user group needs to have a unique code.

Name

For each user group a name can be given.

User types

For each user group the type of users can be specified. With these types specific rights can be assigned regarding the use of Swing. The following user types are possible:

Accept: (if available)

• Allowed to log in to the accept version of Swing Viewer and Mosaic. Has full access to all the functionalities of these applications.
• Has also access to the live version of Swing Viewer and Mosaic.

Administrator:

• Allowed to log in to Swing Studio and Studio Mosaic. Has full access to all functionalities of these applications.

Mosaic Studio:

• Allowed to log in to Swing Studio and Mosaic Studio.
• Has full access to all functionalities of Mosaic Studio.
• Has 'read only' rights to Swing Studio, cannot modify any settings.
• Has the right to publish Mosaics via Studio Publish.

Mosaic & Stories:

• Allowed to log in to the live version of Swing Mosaic and Swing Stories. Has full access to all the functionalities of this application.

Report administrator:

• Allowed to log in to Swing Studio.
• Has rights to create, import or modify reports.
• Has 'read only' rights to the remaining functionalities of Swing Studio.

Stories Studio:

• Allowed to log in to Swing Studio and Stories Studio.
• Has full access to all functionalities of Stories Studio.
• Has 'read only' rights to Swing Studio, cannot modify any settings.
• Has the right to publish Stories via Studio Publish.

Studio:

• Allowed to log in to Swing Studio, but has no access to Studio Mosaic. Has full access to all the functionalities of the Swing Studio application.

Test:

• Allowed to log in to the test version of Swing Viewer and Mosaic. Has full access to all functionalities of these applications.
• Has also access to the live version of Swing Viewer and Mosaic.

Viewer:

• Allowed to log in to the live version of Swing Viewer and Mosaic. Has full access to all functionalities of these applications.

Start category

A start theme can be selected for a usergroup. Users who are linked to this user group will immediately see the contents of the start theme when they log in.

Matomo Tracking Code

A Matomo key can be linked to a user group so that actions of the users in this group are registered under this Matomo account.

AzureAD groupname or id

Comma separated Azure AD groupnames linked to this usergroup. E.g. 'group1,group2'

AzureAD sequencenumber

Sequence number used to determine usergroup. If an Azure AD user is member of multiple Azure AD groups the usergroup with the lowest sequence number is used.
