Access groups

In this table access groups can be edited.

Changes can be made through the buttons, a popup menu (right mouse button) and direct modification of a field

You can use the filters to make a selection

Accessgroupcode

Each access group should have a unique code.

Name

Each access group can be given a name. If you don't name it, a name will automatically be filled in by Swing Manager. This does not have any consequences for the user, an access group's name is only important for the administrator using Swing Manager. The names of the access groups will show up when connecting one or more access groups to a user group.

Start period

An access group can have a period range set (start- and end- period) for which the access items can be selected.

End period

An access group can have a period range set (start- and end- period) for which the access items can be selected.

All categories

If this option is enabled, items in all themes are added to this access group

Click here to set the list of themes for this access group.

All items (indicators, reports and presentations) in the chosen categories are automatically added to this access group when starting Swing Viewer.

If enabled, all variables are added to this access group.

Here you can configure the valid indicators for this access group

If enabled, all preselection are added to this access group.

Here you can configure the valid preselections for this access group.

All urls

If enabled, all web links are added to this access group.

Here you can configure the valid web links for this access group.

All geolevels

If enabled, all parent area level for the set geo levels are enabled for the access items.

If no geo levels are set all the area levels are available for this access group.

If this option is enabled, the parent area levels will be added to this access group

If enabled, all dimension levels are added to this access group.

All periodlevels

If enabled, all period levels are added to this access group.

PeriodLevels

Here you can configure the valid period levels for this access group.

If no period levels are set all the period levels are available for this access group.

Start date

Specify the date from which the access group is valid.

End date

Specify the date until when the access group is valid.

All reports

If enabled, all reports are added to this access group.

Reports

Here you can configure the valid reports for this access group.

The minimal amount of items that can be in a selection after filters are applied.
