Categories

In this table the categories can be edited.

Changes can be made through the buttons, a popup menu (right mouse button) and direct modification of a field.

You can use the filters to make a selection.

Category code

Each category should have a unique code.

Name

A name is required for each category.

Visible

If disabled this theme is not visible in the category tree and can't be selected using as a URL-parameter.

Visible in title

If disabled this theme is not visible in the presentation title in Swing Viewer.

InfoURL

If there is additional information available on a category, the administrator can record this extra information in an HTML file. The name of this file should then be registered in under the 'InfoURL' column.

Description

For each category a short description can be specified.

It is possible to add some formatting to the description by using a limited set of HTML elements. The following elements are permitted:

• <strong> or <b>
• <i>
• <u>
• <em>
• <p>
• <span>
• <h1> t/m <h6>

Because the text of the description may contain HTML code, it must be taken into account that valid HTML code is used. Especially the < character (&lt;) and > character (&gt;) must be added as valid HTML code

In order to have more in depth information it is recommended to include this information in a HTML file, and assign it to the more information field.

Keywords

Specify keywords for this category. Use ; to seperate keywords. Keywords are used by Swing for better search results.

Exclude from Search

Exclude this category from search, the category will not be indexed and not be available in search results.
